David Lock Associates (Aust) is a specialist Town Planning and Urban Design consultancy, providing both strategic and statutory Town Planning and Urban Design advice.

Our team of specialists are led by 2 Principals, Mark Sheppard and David Klingberg who bring considerable international experience to the company. This is reinforced by specialist input from our UK office. A high level of technical competence, commercial awareness and sensitivity to social and environmental issues is founded on specific planning and urban design training and over forty years' combined Australian and international experience. We also provide in-house graphic design capabilities to assist in providing high quality visual outcomes.
