Making the move
A change is as good as a holiday so they say and Senior Planner Holly Patrick certainly agrees with that since making the move from David Lock Associates’ Melbourne to Sydney offices in April.
Holly has been working extensively on Sydney projects, such as work for Goodman Property Group on a range of sites across NSW. This includes work on a significant urban renewal site at Perry Park (five hectares), the development of a major bulky goods facility at Chullora, and the project management of a number of Development Applications, but this promotion sees a permanent move to Sydney.
Holly joins the Sydney team of Managing Principal Erin Saunders and Planner and Urban Designer Louise Drum. More changes in the Sydney office will be announced in the coming weeks.
To replace Holly in the Melbourne office, Statutory Planner Nick Roebuck has joined David Lock Associates.
Nick comes to David Lock with some excellent experience in Regional Victoria and in Singapore and Sri Lanka through a variety of student placements, including with Princep Capital Engineering in Singapore.
Most recently at EDM Group Albury/Wodonga as a Statutory Planner, Nick has also worked at Mount Alexander Shire Council, Spiire Australia and Campaspe Shire Council.
In other recent changes at David Lock Associates, Marketing Manager Kate Nolan has joined the team from the Victorian Department of Transport, Planning and Local Infrastructure.
Kate has worked as a journalist, editor and in marketing communications for over 20 years in health, government and the not for profit sector. She is currently completing a Masters of Marketing.
Kate is taking on the marketing responsibilities while Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager, Kathryn Cuddihy takes maternity leave after the birth of baby Lucy.
Amy Hall will be providing Senior Graphic Design advice in Kathryn’s absence. If you have graphic design needs, please contact Amy on 03 9682 8568.
