New stars join planning team
David Lock Associates would like to welcome two new staff members to the planning team.
Phillip Rygl joins David Lock Associates as a Senior Associate Planner and leads the planning team.
Phillip has over 15 years professional experience in local government and the private sector. Phillip has extensive expertise in statutory and strategic planning covering a wide range of land use and development proposals across residential, industrial, commercial, recreational and tourism. This includes preliminary due diligence and site assessment, project coordination, strategic advice and negotiating planning approval.
His key strengths focus on working through the complexities of the planning system and utilising his problem solving and negotiation skills to deliver the best possible outcomes for his clients.
He also has extensive experience representing private and local government clients at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) and Planning Panels.
Claire Whelan also joins the team as a Senior Planner. Claire has over five years experience with both local government and the private sector. She has a wealth of experience in statutory and strategic planning and has worked across a number of structure plans, housing strategies, planning scheme amendments, site assessments and planning applications.
Both Phillip and Claire join the team to expand our service in the planning field.
