mental health

Nick Roebuck, one of David Lock Associates’ Melbourne-based planners, is in training for the Melbourne Marathon in October, to raise money and awareness for Headspace National Youth Mental Health Service.

One in 5 people will experience depression by the age of 18 and one in every 6 Australian adults now experiences mental health issues daily.

Headspace aims to be the voice of youth mental health in the areas of service delivery, research and development, service reform, community engagement and advocacy. Headspace has a number of centres across regional and metropolitan Australia providing a range of different staff including doctors, nurses, psychologists, youth workers, social workers and drug and alcohol counsellors for young adults between the ages of 12-25.
