Senior Planner Holly Patrick
joins Sydney Office
David Lock Associates is pleased to announce the promotion of experienced planner Holly Patrick who permanently joins its Sydney office this week.
With a background in statutory planning in Australia and New Zealand, Holly has been working with David Lock Associates in the Melbourne office for the past year.
Holly has been working extensively on Sydney projects, such as work for Goodman Property Group on a range of sites across NSW. This includes work on a significant urban renewal site at Perry Park (five hectares), the development of a major bulky goods facility at Chullora, and the project management of a number of Development Applications, but this promotion sees a permanent move to Sydney.
Holly has 7 years’ experience working in both the public and private sectors on a wide range of projects for private clients, governments and councils. She also has experience in environmental assessment, strategic planning, master planning, project management, and community consultation. Holly was an active member on the Victorian Young Planners Committee and also plans to be actively involved with her professional peers in NSW.
Some of Holly’s major achievements with David Lock Associates include the running of a Planning Scheme Amendment on behalf of Moyne Health Services enabling the rezoning of the Port Fairy Hospital land to provide for the long term vision for the facility, which is about to go on exhibition. Holly has also successfully delivered planning permits for a number of private clients on a variety of projects from single dwellings in the inner city to large subdivisions.
Holly joins the Sydney team of Managing Principal Erin Saunders and Planner and Urban Designer Louise Drum.
