DLA Sydney gain DA approval for a house in North Bondi

DLA Sydney have successfully gained DA approval for alterations and additions to an existing residential dwelling in North Bondi on behalf of the homeowner.

The development included the internal reconfiguration of the house, additional level to the dwelling, extension to the rear, new rooftop terrace garden and front courtyard. 

Our approach prioritised a collaborative approach with Waverley Council to seamlessly guide the application through the statutory planning process.
